Know Where You Eat!

Having worked in many positions in the restaurant industry I have seen a lot transpire that the patrons should be aware of. Do you as a customer know what you are ingesting into your body, you should. Would you continue to eat at a place that when pasta tongs are dropped onto the floor they are rinsed off in the water that food is cooked in? Do flies breeding behind soda fountains make you want to have a glass of soda? Have you ever asked your server how often they wash their hands? These are just a few things that will be exposed in the food service industry along with several othe topics ranging from Health Affects, Harrassment, Credit Card Fraude and Proper Food Storage.
